| Seasons | Matches |
| Currently there are 3 seasons played throughout the year. Seasons are usually 15-18 weeks in duration depending on the time of the year. The last two weeks of each season is used to play finals. | Match duration is 50 minutes with a 10 minute warm up. No substitutions or time-outs are permitted during the last 5 minutes of a match. Substitutions shall comply with the International Volleyball rules definition of a substitution. |
| Registration | Uniforms |
| All players are asked to provide registration details by their second match. A player is deemed to have played if their name appears on the team sheet. | All players must be in team uniform for their fourth game. Tops are to be of the same main colour or style (minor variations are acceptable) with a number (1-99) attached. Shorts/Skirts/Track Pants should be of the same main colour. |
| Match Fees | Sportmanship |
| Match fees must be paid to the Arena Manager prior to the start of the match. Teams who are more than one week in arrears will not be permitted to play until outstanding monies are paid. | It is the responsibility of the captain to ensure good sportsmanship and conduct of his/her players on and off the court. Only the team captain may approach the Referee to ask for an explanation on the application or interpretation of the rules and can only question on the basis upon which it was made. The referee is able to sanction and warn players for misconduct and delays. |

All player Membership Fees are covered under Team Nomination fee.
Therefore a team pays only a single team Nomination fee
regardless of the number of players who play for that team.
Weekly Team Fee (6-a-side)
$38 per game Team Nomination Fee $60 per season paid prior to season commencing. (non refundable) Late Nomination Fee $10 extra |
