Complete our simple Registration-For-Membership  application to become a member of our Association. By becoming a TTGVA Member you can participate in our organised competitions as well as enjoy our social activities.

You must have registered BEFORE you can play in TTGVA competitions or attend any of its venues.

REGISTER with TTGVA is your first step!

By becoming a TTGVA Member, you can access our competitions to play in social volleyball as part of our "Fitness, Friends and Fun" ethos that we support and maintain at TTGVA.   Use this registration process to join or update your Membership with TTGVA

New Members:

Existing/Past Members:

  • Can update any of your membership or contact details
  • Can request changes to your current registered TTGVA name

TTGVA Membership Guide:

  • You MUST be registered BEFORE you can PLAY in any TTGVA competitions or ATTEND any TTGVA venues
  • There are no fees associated with applying to be a TTGVA Member
  • In becoming a TTGVA Member you are agreeing to abide and comply with all TTGVA Rules and Regulations as defined in our Bylaws, Member Protection Policy and expressed in our Constitution
  • You only need to register once no matter how many TTGVA competitions (even over multiple nights) that you may intend to play in

BECOMING a TTGVA Member:

  • When you first join TTGVA you will be granted PROVISIONAL Membership that allows you to play in up to 3 matches as a guest.  Your PROVISIONAL Membership will become SUSPENDED once you have played your allocated number of guest matches
  • TTGVA monitors all Memberships requests (including PROVISIONAL) in meeting its strict qualification requirements and acceptable Memberships are promoted to ACTIVE welcoming that individual to become a fully qualified Member of our Association
  • Rejected or Unacceptable Memberships are SUSPENDED immediately denying further participation in any matches within the Association
  • Playing whilst your Membership is SUSPENDED will result in fines being applied to your team and TTGVA reserves its right to subsequently cancel your Membership if you persist
  • Individuals with a CANCELLED Membership are not permitted to attend/participate any TTGVA activities or venues

Summary of steps:

  • Complete Membership Registration online and upon acceptance of our conditions, submit to TTGVA for processing
  • TTGVA will process your registration request and for new members create a PROVISIONAL Membership
  • After you have played at least one match TTGVA will further access your application and if upon meeting all of our criteria will offer you to become a fully qualified TTGVA Member of the Association
  • Should TTGVA reject the application your Membership will be immediately SUSPENDED pending further information/action meaning you can not play or participate within any TTGVA activities
  • Contact our Arena Manager or the TTGVA Committee if you have any questions

Rules/Regulations and Guidelines

TTGVA ByLaws explain how we adapt some of the FIVB Volleyball rules to best support our local conditions, the conduct of our social competitions and the interests of our members.

TTGVA Codes of Behaviour explains how we expect all of our members along with any associated persons known to those members to act whilst under or within the boundaries of responsibilities of the Association.

TTGVA Member Protection Policy explains how we expect all of our members along with any associated persons known to those members to act whilst under or within the boundaries of responsibilities of the Association.
